If this is during school hours, Brian or Dave Ball would be the people to talk to.
One thing for me though, is it possible for when you all leave the courts that you raise the nets back to the 36" that it needs to be for tennis? Our coaches asked if I could pass that along.

Hi Matt, Ok. I don’t have any contact info for Dave Ball. Brian, could you help out in terms of getting Dave into the communication loop?
Regarding the nets we will try to do our best to raise the nets after our use, I do know that other Pickleball players use the courts at times that we do not and are not in the communication loop. It might be helpful for the coaches to post something on the fence to that effect.

Hi Guys, I’m looking to you two to help with communication on the usage of the tennis courts by the school. We’ve run into a situation where 14-20 Pickle ball players show up to play and discover that the school is using the courts. No question MHS has priority for usage but it would be helpful to know in advance that MHS has times that they will be using the courts. This hasn’t been a problem in previous years so my guess is that whoever is scheduling the MHS usage times is unaware of previous years communication protocol with the Pickleball community. Let me know what needs to be done to make sure everybody is aware of when the MHS courts are scheduled for student use, primarily in the weekday mornings or when interscholastic tennis matches are scheduled. The tennis season will be concluding in the next two weeks, so I'd just be flexible with them. Reschedules of their season will be happening and they may not be able to communicate with you ahead of time. 3-5:30pm you could just expect them to be there until June 14th if they make it to the championships, earlier in the month freed up if they don't.
