I just want to say that all 4 courts were to be used by the Advanced Intermediate group from 8 to 10. At one point we had 20 people that were planning to play this morning. That 20 was split between GMCF and Barre and when those that were signed up for Barre realized that the weather was not cooperating some drove to GMCF and some did not. The result was that we had 15 players for 4 courts. That being said the Advanced Intermediate group has first dibs on the courts at GMCF from 8 to 10. Courts at GMCF cannot be reserved during the hours that Player LineUp has those courts. If another group would like to play during the time allotted for a certain group they cannot assume that there will be courts available. If we had had one more player this morning we would have been in the right to use all 4 courts and the Advanced group would have come to GMCF and not been able to play until their allotted time at 10:15. The courteous thing to do is to ask the group that has the allotted time and there seems to be a court free if they mind giving up that court and not assume that it is available.
