This Montpelier group has F/M adult players at several levels. We play on outside tennis courts lined for PB. Events are scheduled from May through November according to our weather. The courts are public courts and cannot be reserved.

In case folks don't know, the courts by the pool have been resurfaced and are excellent (maybe even better the the MHS courts). Marked for both tennis and PB. A group of 4 of us has been playing a few times a week at 7:30. No one else has been there and I don't see much use when I drive by during the day. No need for reservations. We'll be there tomorrow AM.

4 of us were bounced from MHS courts Monday an hour early (student time), so we went to those courts. We played on the shady court as 2 others were occupied and the 4th court net was broken.
Despite the shiny new appearance, there were numerous dead spots on our court where the balls didn't bounce at all. It was good for a few laughs, but we decided we won't be playing there again. That may explain why few are playing there. It's a shame that all that money was spent on resurfacing and painting without addressing the structurally uneven former surface.
